Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ber939 ("ber939", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ber939.one (the "Platform").

By creating an account on the ber939 Platform, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using any service offered by ber939, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to ber939's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility and Registration

The ber939 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ber939 maintains a strict minimum age policy of 21 years and will not knowingly allow access to any person below this age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You have not previously had a ber939 Account closed for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the ber939 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ber939 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify ber939 immediately of any changes to this information. ber939 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

Each individual may hold only one ber939 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ber939 employs multi-factor detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances held across all associated accounts may be forfeited.

Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ber939 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ber939 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique password not shared with any other online account or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members;
• Log out of your Account after each session when using a shared or public device;
• Notify ber939 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

ber939 will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ber939 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ber939 Support at [email protected] immediately.

ber939 operates a strict account inactivity policy. Accounts with a zero balance that have not been accessed for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive and archived. Accounts with a positive balance that have not been accessed for 24 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will be notified by email and SMS prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

Deposits and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the ber939 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ber939 supports the following deposit methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your ber939 Account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. ber939 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ber939 Real Money Balance are available at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed the required KYC identity verification process;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of PKR 500;
• The withdrawal does not exceed any applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus-linked funds have been fully satisfied;
• No active fraud investigation, suspicious activity review, or account restriction is in place on your Account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. ber939 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding PKR 50,000. Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — 15 to 60 minutes; USDT TRC20 — 1 to 5 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.

ber939 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which ber939 accepts no responsibility. You are advised to check the fee schedule of your chosen payment method provider.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ber939 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, or other incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy the stated wagering requirement;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period;
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%; slots typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms;
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. The standard maximum bet per round while bonus funds are active is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated;
• ber939 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of VPN or proxy services, matched betting with bonus funds, or exploitation of technical errors.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ber939 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, sport, or event, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

For sports betting, including cricket (covering PSL, ICC, and other domestic and international competitions), UFC, football, and other markets, the following general rules apply:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format unless your account is configured otherwise;
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Subsequent odds changes do not affect accepted bets;
• ber939 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to human or technical error;
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, ber939's specific sport rules for that event type will determine the settlement outcome;
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. ber939 accepts no liability for any delay in odds updates caused by technical issues outside its control.

For casino and live casino games, all outcomes are determined either by independently certified Random Number Generators (for software-based games) or by the physical outcome of live dealer actions (for live casino games). ber939 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred due to a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ber939 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one ber939 Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to exploit casino games or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting any software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to ber939 Support;
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiate chargebacks, or dispute legitimate transactions with payment providers;
• Using the Platform to access any geographic region where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harms, or otherwise negatively affects other Players, ber939 staff, or the Platform infrastructure.

Responsible Gaming

ber939 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. Gambling should be an entertaining pastime — not a source of financial stress or harm. ber939 recognises that problem gambling is a serious issue affecting individuals and families across Pakistan and takes active steps to mitigate harm.

ber939 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you permit yourself to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net winnings or losses during your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the ber939 Platform for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ber939 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound recordings, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of ber939 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ber939 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use ber939 branding, trademarks, or logos in any external communication without written consent;
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ber939 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, special, or otherwise — arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred from gambling activities on the Platform;
• Temporary unavailability or technical failure of the Platform or any associated service;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any inaccuracies in game odds, event information, or promotional materials that do not result from ber939's own negligence;
• Any losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit ber939's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

ber939 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
